1. Interns
- Vacancies: 5 for small states & union territories; 10 for large states & union territories (Total number of vacancies: 285)
- Qualifications: Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Experience: Not required; freshers welcome
- Salary: Stipend-based
- Incentives: ₹5,000 per company-provided lead conversion, ₹10,000 per self-generated lead conversion, ₹1,000 per signed MoU with educational institutions
- Desirable: knowledge of Hindi, English and Local Language of the city, district, state, zone
2. City Heads
- Vacancies: 2 per city (Total number of vacancies: 8,000)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or marketing
- Salary: ₹12,000/month (minimum 2 self-converted leads required)
- Incentives: As mentioned above
- Desirable: knowledge of Hindi, English and Local Language of the city, district, state, zone
3. District Heads
- Vacancies: 1 per district (Total number of vacancies: 736)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Experience: 3+ years in sales leadership
- Salary: ₹15,000/month (minimum 2 self-converted leads required)
- Incentives: As mentioned above
- Super Incentives: ₹1,000 per client converted by City Heads under their supervision (post minimum requirements)
- Desirable: knowledge of Hindi, English and Local Language of the city, district, state, zone
4. State Heads
- Vacancies: 1 per state (Total number of vacancies: 36)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Experience: 5+ years in regional sales management
- Salary: ₹25,000/month (minimum 2 self-converted leads required)
- Incentives: As mentioned above
- Super Incentives: ₹1,000 per client converted by District Heads under their supervision (post minimum requirements)
- Desirable: knowledge of Hindi, English and Local Language of the city, district, state, zone
5. Zonal Heads
- Vacancies: 1 per zone (Total number of vacancies: 6)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Experience: 7+ years in zonal sales management
- Salary: ₹35,000/month (minimum 2 self-converted leads required)
- Incentives: As mentioned above
- Super Incentives: ₹1,000 per client converted by State Heads under their supervision (post minimum requirements)
- Desirable: knowledge of Hindi, English and Local Language of the city, district, state, zone
6. Country Head
- Vacancies: 1 position
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Experience: 10+ years in national sales leadership
- Salary: ₹50,000/month (minimum 2 self-converted leads required)
- Incentives: As mentioned above
- Super Incentives: ₹1,000 per client converted by Zonal Heads under their supervision (post minimum requirements)City Heads
